These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to all distance sales of PULLCAST products starting in PULLCAST.eu website, including with telephone, email or any other relevant communication and support provided by PULLCAST sales assistants (customer service);
The use of the distance sales service described herein is reserved solely for customers. The term “Customer” is to be understood as any registered company who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are inside his trade, business and profession. The resale, rental or transfer for commercial or professional reasons of products purchased on the Site are allowed;
All purchases made through PULLCAST official agents (listed on PULLCAST.eu) have each of their sales Terms and Conditions apply;
PULLCAST reserves the right of deciding the nature of a legal transaction between PULLCAST and what is considered an “end customer” (an individual consumer);
PULLCAST may modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Therefore, the Customer is asked to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of purchase, a copy of which will be sent to the Customer to the e- mail address provided by the Customer;
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are published on the Site for the Customer's knowledge, store and reproduction;
It is understood that by placing an order on the PULLCAST.eu website, or directly with a Sales Assistant (an official brand employee, with an official PULLCAST email under the email@example.com address), the Customer fully and unreservedly acknowledges and accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which form an integral and substantial part of these recitals;
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not govern the provision of services, or the sale of products by subjects other than PULLCAST, even in cases in which they are presented on the Official Website via links, banners or other hypertext links. Therefore, before placing an order and/or purchasing products and services from subjects other than the Vendor, the Customer is invited to check the conditions of sale applied. In no case can the Vendor be held liable for the provision of services by third parties;
PullCast settles the production lead time in 6 weeks; Delivery time is not included. For pieces with custom specifications or orders of large quantities we reserve the right to agree with the customer on a time of delivery; The lead time for this custom order can vary between 6 and 8 weeks; The lead time for Bespoke order can vary between 10 and 12 weeks;
PULLCAST strives to represent every piece as accurately as possible in our website and every channel although every PULLCAST item is handcrafted and unique so we can guarantee that every item is an exact match to the product as displayed on screen.
All product information and technical specifications available at www.pullcast.eu should be used merely for guidance.
PULLCAST doesn’t accept any responsibility for small deviations or omissions.
5.1-The values on our Euro and Dollar Price List are public and substitute any other published or advertised before.
5.2- All Prices are retail prices, and always refer to a single unit and VAT is not included in the price. All legal taxes and fees must be subsequently added to the price.
5.3-All prices are EX WORK from Porto, Portugal. They do not include any transportation cost or fees.
5.4 PULLCAST reserves the right to change specifications and prices on products offered in PULLCAST.eu
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
6.1-A 50% advance payment deposit is required in order to settle the order. A 50% final balance is required once the order is completed;
6.2-The Customer must make payment via method of payment indicated on the order form which is a bank transfer;
6.3-For payment, the Customer must confirm with the sales representative following his order all the relevant information which may be required;
PULLCAST has samples available of all its standard finishes. If the clients wish to acquire any of the finishes they should contact, via email at INFO@ PULLCAST.EU or via phone at +351 915234588 in order to purchase them.
8.1- PullCast has the ability to customize existing products or new products to meet contract specifications – allows you to mix and match any of our handles and finishes to create a piece that is unique to your need -all situations that require custom designs are subject to an upcharge. Special pricing based on quantity and features will be provided upon request for all customized products – decision will be made on a case-by-case basis and the Buyer will be notified of any said fees.
8.2- Before any order, PullCast is free to change a design fee for more extensive drawings or renders the client may request for customized products. These fees are non-refundable once paid for.
The look of bronze, brass and aluminium will always change with time and weather conditions all over the world, the proximity to water and sea will affect deeply the surface.
Do not use any type of detergents, if the piece is wet, dry it as quickly as you can.
The polished ones, you can use a smooth cloth ONLY.
Do not use cleaning products, you may damage the handle surface.
For the brushed and aged ones use only a smooth brush.
