PullCast Unveils Two New Duorum Handles
The Duorum hardware family stands out due to its distinctive and bold form. Its inspiration is motivated by the remarkable Douro Valley landscape in Porto. To faithfully represent the valley, PullCast’s team of designers incorporated undulating features to symbolize the in-depth scenery of the landscape. It is a stand-out series with its own set of characteristics, thought out as a new way of decorating with sublime and meaningful details, seamlessly bringing together aesthetics and functionality. The Douro Valley is one of the most outstanding landscapes in Portugal. Classified as a World Heritage Site, this picturesque region certainly does not go unnoticed. This location is best known for its fertile fields, rich history, and tradition, replete with enthralling spaces throughout, from terraced vineyards to charming villages. PullCast wanted to reproduce the cultural importance of this beautiful location into an exclusive hardware family, illustrating its flowy and curved nature and, above all, its striking visual effect.
The new Duorum designs maintain the same identity as all previous pieces; however, they take a rounder shape to demonstrate another facade of this beautiful scenery. With an open center, these landscape-inspired piece seamlessly brings together aesthetics and functionality.
